Your Key Responsibilities

Summary of The Role  The Product Manager for Country Expansion will spearhead the company’s strategic entry into new international markets. This pivotal role requires a sophisticated balance of cross-border product strategy, complex stakeholder orchestration, and a rigorous commitment to a premium B2C user experience. You will be responsible for the end-to-end localization of our core Robo-advisory offering, ensuring technical scalability and regulatory alignment in every new geography.  Role Responsibilities 
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for international launches, transitioning from initial feasibility studies to post-launch optimization and AUM growth. 
  • Identify and integrate essential local infrastructure, including Tier-1 KYC providers, diversified payment rails, custodians, and brokerage entities. 
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance functions to architect product workflows that satisfy local Shariah and financial regulations without compromising the global core architecture. 
  • Own the localized B2C investor journey, ensuring that risk profiling, account funding, and portfolio management are intuitive and culturally resonant. 
  • Serve as the central nexus between Engineering, Operations, and local Business Development teams to ensure synchronized delivery against commercial targets. 
  • Manage technical nuances such as local tax reporting, currency fluctuations, and indigenous payment behaviors (e.g., Open Banking protocols or regional real-time payment systems). 

Required Skill and Qualifications

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience 
  • 4–7 years of Product Management experience within a high-growth FinTech environment (WealthTech, Digital Banking, or Payments).  
  • A demonstrable track record of successfully launching complex financial products across multiple international jurisdictions.  
  • Deep understanding of API-driven architectures, ledger systems, and the mechanics of trade settlement and custody.  
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate with external vendors and align internal executive stakeholders. 
  • A sophisticated understanding of user psychology and a commitment to reducing friction in high-intent financial workflows.  
  • Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to optimize conversion funnels and product-market fit during the expansion phase.

  • General Work Hours: Between 12.30PM – 10.30PM (WFH) Sri Lanka Time – 45hrs/week.
