Your Key Responsibilities

Summary of The Role  We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to deliver high-quality assistance to our customers across email, chat, and phone channels. This full-time remote role requires flexibility to work weekends and cover shifts as per the rota, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and maintaining excellent service standards.  Role Responsibilities 
  • Handle customer queries and complaints received via email, chat, and phone calls, providing timely and professional responses. 
  • Manage a high volume of daily interactions, handling roughly 100 customer calls per day in addition to email and chat support. 
  • Follow agreed business processes, escalate issues when required, and resolve complaints within agreed timelines. 
  • Perform compliance checks on customer interactions and documentation to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. 
  • Conduct customer quality assurance surveys and report findings to the Customer Care Manager. 
  • Collaborate with team members, provide feedback on process improvements, and maintain a positive team environment. 
  • Continuously enhance service knowledge to support effective customer assistance. 

Required Skill and Qualifications

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience  
  • Prior experience in a customer support or call centre role, with proven ability to manage high-volume customer interactions. 
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal). 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks. 
  • Strong problem-solving and escalation skills. 
  • Comfortable working with standard support tools (email, chat, call handling systems).

Benefits

Work Environment 
  • General Work Hours: 45 hours per week, rota-based. Shifts may start anytime between 6 AM and 11 PM UK time, including weekends as required. 
  • Location: Remote WFH + Occasional Meets at our Colombo 5 office – Sri Lanka.
