Your Key Responsibilities

Summary of The Role  We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who has 1–2 years of post-university experience and a strong foundation in React, with an eagerness to grow their skills in Java and other technologies. You will contribute to building and maintaining applications, ensuring quality, and collaborating closely with team members to deliver innovative solutions. Role Responsibilities 
  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using React. 
  • Collaborate with senior developers to learn and contribute to Java-based components. 
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with attention to detail. 
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality outcomes. 
  • Communicate effectively with the team and contribute ideas to improve processes. 

Required Skill and Qualifications

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience  
  • 1–2 years of experience in a development role post university. 
  • Proficiency in React and familiarity with modern front-end development practices. 
  • Awareness of Java with a strong willingness to deepen knowledge. 
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. 
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative development environment. 
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability. 
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.

  • General Work Hours: Between 12.30PM – 10.30PM (WFH) Sri Lanka Time – 45hrs/week.
  • Location: Remote WFH + Occasional Meets at our Colombo 5 office – Sri Lanka.
