Product Manager

Summary of the role You will play a critical role in developing and optimising new features and products that support independent living through smart, unobtrusive technology. As part of a purpose-driven, innovative team, your work will focus on adapting a scalable core product to meet diverse customer needs across new segments. The role spans the full product lifecycle—discovery, scoping, building, testing, and optimisation—in a fast-moving ML/AI-driven environment where data, experimentation, and customer experience are central to decision-making. Role Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of new AI-enabled features and products
• Ongoing optimisation of features, functionality and experience
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, PMs and colleagues from commercial, customer success and brand
• Deeply understand customers and how the company can help them succeed
• Plan sprints and run stand ups
• Champion long term visions for the products and businesses you lead
• Improve methods for understanding customers and building efficiently
• Stay on top of a rapidly evolving market and use this to improve the business
• Represent the customer internally

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Deep focus on serving customers better
• 5-8 years experience building products in health or social care. Industry-relevant experience is essential.
• Analytical, conceptual and able to engage with ambiguity and complexity
• Open communicator
• B2B and B2C experience. Bonus if you have B2B2C experience.
• Some experience of building products at scale
• Passion for the different disciplines you’ll be collaborating with daily – design, data, technology
• Some hard won lessons on methods that don’t work
• Experience working with software engineers and data scientists in an agile environment
